Mail Order
We offer a complete and comprehensive Mail Order Service via Parcel force and Royal mail
for both the UK and Overseas Export.
We aim to process all orders on the day we receive them (Mon - Fri.) A confirmation email  from PayPal will be sent automatically to confirm your details and products ordered. All products are subject to availability and remain the property of Radio Racerz until payment has cleared in full. You will be contacted in the event of a query or if the product is not available using the contact details provided. If you make a mistake when placing your order, please contact us on 020 8508 5990 as soon as possible. Once you have received a confirmation email, this is when the contract is made.

Delivery

The delivery times we quote are for working days and will therefore exclude Saturday and Sunday and Public Holidays. We aim to deliver within the number of days indicated (subject to stock) but cannot give exact delivery times on the delivery day, this information is provided for guidance and cannot be guaranteed. Please inspect goods once they are received for damages/defects. In the unlikely event that goods are damaged, please contact us as soon as possible within 7 days. You can come and view many of the models we supply, already assembled and displayed, together with a vast range of spares and accessories, in our shop and showroom at Loughton, Essex.
